Jake Banta

Biography

Jake is from Louisville, Kentucky. He graduated from the University of Louisville where he majored in civil engineering and minored in political science. Jake grew up around Christianity, but it was in middle school that the Lord showed him the weight of his sin and brought him to saving faith in Jesus Christ. When entering the university years, the Lord was kind to lead Jake to the campus ministry of Third Avenue Baptist Church where he then got plugged into the church itself. College years at Third Avenue were very foundational for establishing Jake in his faith and opening his eyes to live all of life for the glory of God. After graduating, Jake began working for Across Campus where he hopes to see students come to faith and grow in their discipleship to King Jesus.
