The Mission
The Church at UNC Charlotte.
AC Charlotte aims to reach Charlotte students with the Gospel and equip them for a lifetime of advancing the Kingdom of Christ and His Church. We are the campus ministry of Oakhurst Baptist Church to Charlotte's campus. We seek to build relationships for the purpose of pointing students to the Gospel and pray they repent and believe in Christ. We intentionally disciple believing students in God's Word and through the church. The church is essential to the Biblical, enduring, and multiplying work on the college campus — and AC strives to live that out at Charlotte.
Ministry Activities
Evangelistic Bible studies — for the student exploring Christianity/the Gospel
Discipleship Bible studies — for the student seeking to deepen and multiply their faith
Large Group gatherings — AC's main gathering with food, hanging out, and a message on spiritual things
HUGE trips — Fall Retreat, CrossCON, Spring Break, Summer Training
Partner With UNC Charlotte
